Shipping & Returns
At Left Wing Designs, every item is made-to-order, produced just for you, and never pulled from a warehouse. This helps us reduce waste and hold our designs to a higher standard of care. Below you’ll find our shipping timelines, return policies, and what to expect if something goes wrong.
Shipping
Order Fulfillment:
All of our items are printed and packed after your order is placed. This process typically takes 2–5 business days.
Delivery Estimates:

USA: 3–4 business days after fulfillment

International: 5–20 business days depending on location
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs delays, postal strikes, extreme weather, or other disruptions beyond our control.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your order’s journey from the print facility to your door.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Returns & Replacements
Because each product is custom printed, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. We ask that you double-check your order details—especially sizes and delivery address—before confirming your purchase.
We will, however, replace any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

A photo of the item and the problem area

Your order number and the email used at checkout

A short description of the issue
We’ll assess the claim and offer either a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Common Issues
Wrong Address:
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipment. We’ll email you to confirm your updated information before resending the item.
Unclaimed Packages:
If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to the sender, we’ll hold it for 30 days. After that, it may be discarded or recycled. Reshipment will be at your expense.
Customs & Import Fees:
International customers may be required to pay import duties, customs taxes, or other fees when their order arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Returns We Don’t Accept
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after the order is placed

Delays due to postal service or customs

Items returned without prior approval
